SALE
1.Goods sold are not returnable or refundable.
2.Price quoted is subjected to change without prior notice.
3.All quotations are valid up to 30 days from the date of quotation, and are subjected to availability of stock.

SAMPLE
1.Samples of mix / same products can be purchased before confirm orders are made.
2.Samples must be purchased with a minimum amount of RM50.

ORDERING
1.Leadtime varies with orders. Please enquire.
2.For "Gubahan Hantaran" please place your orders 2 months ahead, to ensure that your orders will be made on time.

PAYMENT
1.A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of order.
2.The rest of the payment must be made before we mail out the orders.
3.Accepted modes of payment : Direct transfer into Maybank account.
4.For other forms of payment (Cheque, Money Order, etc) & terms, please enquire.

CANCELLATION
1.Any cancellation upon confirmation will be subjected to 50% cancellation fee.
2.Any cancellation for personalized items(ie: customized paperbag, customized ribbons and Thank You taq) will not be entertained and no refund will be extended.

SHIPPING
1.We ship internationally.
2.Buyer pays for shipping & handling charges. Insurance is optional but advisable.
3.We are not responsible for tax & custom charges.
4.We are not responsible for damages & delivery of order after it leaves our hands into the hands of the postal services.
5.Receipt of postage will be held as proof of postage until goods are received by the buyer.

WARRANTY
1.Products are warranted against manufacturing defects and damages caused due to handling on the part of the seller
2.Any notification of claim for replacement or refund must be made within 24 hours upon receiving the products and the products must be returned within 5 working days.
3.A replacement or refund may be sent to the buyer on a case to case basis within 30 days.

DELIVERY
1.*Free delivery zone(hand delivered)
-Klang Valley and Ampang
-Kinrara, Puchong, Subang Jaya, Sunway and Bukit Jalil
-Balance of payment must be cleared during delivery
*only applicable for large orders
*for small orders, all items must either be self-collected at Ampang or Kinrara or we will deliver by standard courier
